I must have needed a break... but I'm back!

I hadn't realized that my last update was over a month ago until I started this post today. It was nice to take a little break, but I'm excited to get back into the flow of updating this at least twice a month. I actually have some new ideas for the way I interact with this blog. So far it's been some combination of archiving and sharing. It's also motivated me to take pictures. But it may be a little more all-encompassing now: music I've recorded, step-by-step crafting instructions, perhaps some videos. Photos will continue to be the bulk of this journal, but it may be a little different from now on!

This was such a good thing. True blue twin sisters Jacqui and Katie had a ceremony for themselves so they could show the whole world that they're in love forever and ever amen.

This is my neighbor's bird Charlie. He rides on the back of his owner's bicycle and is somewhat the local celebrity.

Duh. Treehouses are the coolest.

Lately I've been staying up late, watching movies, and making little books every night. It's been delightful. Some of the books are just pretty, but I'm making lots of journals for gifts.
